Commercial Real Estate Experts
Prior to real estate, Scott was a general manager at a regional restaurant group and traveled throughout the Southeast as the new store development GM. This experience provided valuable insight from a retailer perspective allowing for a seamless transition into commercial real estate.
In 2001, Scott joined The Shopping Center Group. His first position was with the third party leasing and investment sales team. The portfolio included enclosed malls, regional shopping centers, and strip centers throughout Georgia. Two years later, Scott accepted a position to join Tom Kiewit as a partner and tenant representative. He specialized in franchise restaurants but also handled national clients such as Starbucks, Yum Brands, and Regis Corp. In 2005, Scott joined Catalyst Retail Group who exclusively handled Starbucks throughout the state of Georgia. This experience was an excellent springboard for Scott to open his own Commercial Real Estate office. In 2007, SWOT Realty was created specializing in tenant representation. His clients included Dunkin Donuts, Georgia Theatre Company, and McDonalds. Realizing the value in partnerships, Scott joined forces with Tom Smith in 2013 and Retail Site Services, LLC was born. They have expanded their services to include tenant representation, commercial land sales, third party leasing, and Franchisor/Franchisee market planning and representation.
